Owner's Project Manager: Skanska USA Building, Inc.

One of New England’s leading construction project delivery firms, Skanska provides Owner’s Project Management (OPM) services through an in-house group known as Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS). SIS has provided project/program management services since 1990 and has served as the OPM on K-12 public school projects in over twenty school districts in Massachusetts. Nationally, SIS has managed major K-12 school capital improvement projects and programs in Connecticut, Virginia, and Texas. An integral part of Skanska, SIS has ready access to Skanska’s world of resources in estimating, scheduling, Building Information Modeling, safety management, sustainability planning, commissioning management, and permitting/codes. This enables SIS to obtain answers to complex questions quickly and cost-effectively.
